Eragon Lee: IT Project Manager, AI Product Manager, AI Solutions Builder
IT Project Manager
Eight years of shipping on time. My calendar fears me.
ONE PERSON
THE WHOLE SPECTRUM
Seven facets. Scroll through all of them.

DELIVER
IT Project Manager
Some people collect stamps. I collect launch dates that actually happened. Eight-plus years steering fintech, gaming, blockchain and commerce projects across Asia, including a zero-downtime migration of 25+ mission-critical systems (translation: if I blinked wrong, a few million people would have noticed). Nobody noticed. That is the whole job: I take the chaos, everyone else gets a calm launch day.

SHIP
AI Product Owner
Here is my party trick: I ship production software without typing the code myself. I brief a fleet of AI coding agents, review their work like a hawk holding a QA checklist, and ship. This very site? Built exactly that way, me directing, agents typing. The future of delivery is one person who knows precisely what to ask for. I have been rehearsing that question for years.

BUILD
Demiurge · Open-Source AI Tooling
AI agents are brilliant liars. They will tell you the work is done, confidently, beautifully, wrongly. So I am building Demiurge: a growing suite of MIT-licensed tools that audit evidence, discipline token spend, consolidate memory and pressure-test decisions, every one shipped with runnable benchmarks. Product-owned by me, built by my agents, published for anyone to use. Proof that "I direct AI" is not a slide-deck claim.

SCALE
Growth & Operations
I once grew a commerce platform from zero to 50,000 active users in twelve months while cutting operating costs in half, which my accountant still brings up at parties. I have also kept an esports platform standing while a million-plus people watched live, at 99.9% uptime. Growth is not magic. It is dashboards, unglamorous decisions and knowing exactly which fires deserve the extinguisher. I bring the triage chart.

ALIGN
Business Analysis
Every project has two tribes shouting across a canyon: the people with requirements and the people with compilers. I live on the bridge. User stories, backlog priorities, requirement validation, UAT: I turn "make it better" into tickets an engineer can actually build. I have done it for household names in telecom, automotive and retail, with a 100% client satisfaction record I am only slightly smug about.

TRANSFORM
Digital Transformation
I have modernized my way through fintech, gaming, blockchain and retail: certification architecture trusted by global shipping and electronics giants, transaction throughput up 40%, and AI workflows dropped into teams who swore they were fine without them. (They were not. They thanked me later.) Real transformation is not the shiny tech. It is getting actual humans to adopt it and keep it.

LEAD
Development Director
These days I lead product, business analysis, QA and delivery as one function. I build the processes, set the quality bar, mentor the humans and accept full blame for the weather. Teams under me ship more predictably, argue more usefully and panic considerably less. Leadership, it turns out, is mostly removing rocks from other people's shoes. I am excellent at rocks.
